How did the “Messages of JOY from Around the World for 2022” Project Come About?

Origin: For years, I have had the mantra, “Accept life on life’s terms, and find JOY in it”. I purchased a license plate to remind me to be JOYOUS every day. The first said “B Joyous” and the current one, “Joyous 7”.
